MIA (mechanical impedance analysis) fast tester TERI is intended for in-service testing aeronautical products like multilayer brazed (glued) composite materials and honeycomb structures for flaws like lamination and lack-of-adhesion. For better efficiency, it is useful to apply TERI with thermal imaging devices. Thermal imaging map demonstrates clearly abnormal sections of airframe skin requiring additional analysis by means of the tester TERI.
MIA fast tester TERI is recommended for in-service diagnostics of the Russian flying stock: IL-86, AN-124, TU-204, TU-214, YaK-42, etc.
