Scanning devices

"USO-1T" - Axle scanning device
"USO-1T" - scanning device for inspection of railway axles in compliance with the new STO RJD 1.11.002-2008, processes all testing zones during one passage and enables to build the tomography and determine the coordinates of the flawed area.

"Tandem" - Tandem carriage
"Tandem" - specialized tandem carriage intended to test the transverse welded joints and chromonickel insertions to the rail endings, in the neck zones of rail endings.

"Slider M1" - the "hand" type mechanical system of two-dimensional coordinates binding intended for the trajectory tracking and probe state monitoring on the plane. Fixes the probe on the roll surface and side surface of the rail head, tracks probe movement and turning

One-coordinate ultrasonic scanner used to build B, C, D -scans and determine the probe location

Scanning device USK-4T, USK-4TM for the testing of railway car wheelsets with the possibility to build tomography and receive the coordinates of defected areas.

Scanning device USK-TL is intended for the locomotive wheels flaw detection with a possibility to build tomographic images.

Optical coordinate device 'Osi 270' serves to determine the probe location on the billet butt. Use of 'Osi 270' allows to determine the defect occurrence depth relative to the billet center as well as the probe movement control.

Video  scanner

Video scanner feature is provided for UD4-T "Tomographic" flaw detector. It is intended to visualize the testing process in hard-to-reach places. This feature enables to display simultaneously the testing area and transducer signal on the device display.
