Votum

"Tomographic UD4-T" is a set of specialized flaw detectors: ultrasonic flaw detector, resonanse flaw detector, eddy current flaw detector, EMA thickness gauge, acoustic tensometer, specialized railway flaw detectors.

Votum produces ultrasonic, eddy current and EMA transducers of general and specialized purpose. All transducers are compatible with flaw detectors of domestic and foreign production.

Scanning devices for various industries. Their main task is to determine the accurate transducer coordinates and direction of the angle of incidence.

Votum has developed a new robotized eddy current testing station that is applicable in different industrial structures of modern industrial enterprises (aerospace, transport, machine-building, etc.)

Laser unit for non-contact inspection of pipe parameters during the production process. Is intended for continuous automatic inspection of the pipes and axles during the production flow to check their compliance to set-up geometrical parameters.

Radio-controlled universal testing system, providing the visual, EMA, eddy current and ultrasonic testing methods.

Remotely-controlled scanning device enables to test object at a distance. It is convenient to test, for instance, pipe lines.

"DAMI-C09" Universal bond tester for aviation materials combines the impedance, eddy current and impact testing methods and is intended to detect such defects as disbonds, unbonds, delaminations, discontinuities of composite materials, bonded constructions and honeycomb structures as well as to detect corrosion in non-ferromagnetic materials.

"TERI" is intended for the detection of disbonds and delaminations in metal and non-metal multilayer soldered and bonded composite materials and constructions with honeycomb filler to detect such defects as delaminations and disbonds.

"USM-8" is a universal 8-channel flaw detector/thickness gauge intended for the separate channels processing in a real time mode. "USM-8" is applied in the automated testing systems for continuous technological processes (rate of linear movement of tested object up to 10m/s).

"TRAK" is an autonomous ultrasonic portable device, connected to PC. Has a programmable adjustable receiver and generator, allowing to set up own types of ultrasonic devices: Flaw detectors, Structuroscopes or Thickness gauges, etc.
