PHOTON 1200
|
Principle of the "PHOTON 1200" action is based on the measurement of geometrical parameters in the same section during the rotary-linear motion of a tested workpiece. The system is stationary and can be easily built into any production line of the customer. Depending on the production requirement, any required scanning pitch can be adjusted (digitized) for the "PHOTON 1200", with regard to the tested dimension type. It also has a built-in flaw alarm feature. Testing objects are industrial pipes, rods, axles, various shafts of motors, turbines, generators, etc. Depending on system configuration, the "PHOTON 1200" measurement results are:
Open architecture of "PHOTON 1200" allows to adapt the program to different user requirements and solution of more complex and serious tasks. For instance, if it is necessary to receive such parameter as the "curvature radius". Then the system is additionally equipped with the specialized optical scanner for tracking of the envelope curve. So, "PHOTON 1200" allows to measure parametric declination from the set-up norms and to carry out the monitoring and analysis of the object's geometrical parameters:
"PHOTON 1200" is designed on the modern element basis; equipped with the hardware and specialized software, providing the data collection, processing and displaying of testing results on the PC screen. The data is displayed in the "on-line" mode. The system is stable to external climatic factors if it is operated as per UHL 4.2 GOST 15150. Limiting working values of air temperature are from +1 to +45 , upper value of relative air humidity is 80% at 25°Ñ. Protection of the system's electronic modules against penetration of dust and water corresponds to IP 54 under GOST 14254. "PHOTON 1200" is a universal tool to be applied in hostile environments, at elevated temperature ranges and on dirty areas. Delivery set:
