''BONDETECTOR DAMI-C09'' Composite Materials Bond Tester

Transducers characteristics

The transducers are intended for detection of such defects as disbonds, unbonds, delaminations in bonded composite materials, honeycomb constructions based on metal, carbon-fiber reinforced plastic, glass-reinforced plastic, in different combinations and by single-sided testing.

The minimal area of detected defects and maximal thicknesses of skin and honeycomb cores manufactured from the electro-conductive and non-conductive materials depend on the material type and are methodically determined.

 

PADI-8-02 impedance transducer


PADI-8-02 impedance transducer is intended to detect such defects as disbonds and discontinuities in the bonded composite materials, honeycomb constructions based on metals, carbon-fiber reinforced plastic, glass-reinforced plastic, in different combinations and by single-sided testing. PADI-8-02 impedance transducer provides better sensitivity by smaller dimensions.

Impact electromechanical transducer UDP-10-02E


The impact electromechanical transducer UDP-10-02E is intended to detect such defects as disbonds and discontinuities of bonded composite materials, honeycomb constructions based on metals, carbon fiber-reinforced plastics, fiberglass plastics with the foam-plastic-like core. While testing, the impacts are made by the transducer in the automatic mode.
