Tomographic 1.1. “General purpose flaw detector” realizes all ultrasonic flaw detector functions and allows to: • detect flaws as inhomogenities and delaminations in materials, semi-finished materials, products, welds, • measure flaws depth and coordinates, • detect thickness, propagation velocity, attenuation of ultrasonic vibrations in the material.
Universal testing instrument for aviation materials “DAMI-C09“ combines the impedance, eddy current and impact testing methods. The device is excellent in detecting and C-imaging of the flaws in metal or non-metal composite parts and honeycomb structure elements and in detecting of nonferromagnetic alloys corrosion in different aviation costructions.
TERI is intended for the needs of civil aviation for impedance express detection of disbonds and delaminations in metal and non-metal multilayer soldered and bonded composite materials and honeycomb structures.
Visual testing
The video scanning function is designed and widely used in the flaw detector "Tomographic" UD4-T. It is intended to visualize the testing process in hard-to-reach places. This function also enables to display simultaneously the tested area and the transduser's signal on the screen of the device.
Eddy current flaw detector Tomographic 4.1. is intended for detection of the fatigue cracks on the surfaces of non-magnetic and ferromagnetic metals and alloys.
The specialized "Acoustic tensometer" application is intended for measurement of tightening force of screw joints with bolts and studs made of steels and titanium alloys.
